Does Dawson train in Hartford? If so he gets credit from me just for walking around there.

Take nothing away from Taylor, but prime Hopkins would have his way with Jermain. He was pushing 40 at the time. Dawson is younger than both Taylor and Pavlik so he is looking for the big names out there, give him time. Ademek was the 31-0 WBC champion when Dawson beat him and not only did he beat him, but he dominated. Just like asian said, if Pavlik were to ever meet a slick boxer with power, he would more than likley lose. Pavlik is just too one demensional and Dawson has too much weponary. Pavlik's chin is not as good as Ademek's so i cant see him going the full 12.

      Dawson vs Pavlik

Ademek would beat Pavlik to be honest. He is bigger, stronger, more versitale, alot quicker, better chin, and more powerful. Ademek has the frame of a cruiserweight and curently fights there but before he fought Dawson, he was pulling his weight down. Again, Ademek was 31-0 and was the WBC light heavyweight champion.I had to make that big because you were completley ignoring it.

Hartford has a high crime rate.

Also Dawsons average opponent has 14 wins 6 losses so he still needs to prove himself among higher level opponents and to get big fights.

I think Johnson is a great opponent for him but Glen has a good chance to beat him.

Johnson has slowed down alot and if you could keep him at the end of your punches, then he is completley nullified. Dawson just has too much for Johnson to deal with, especially since he is almost pushing 40. I see Dawson pulling out a wide unanimous decision in a some what competitive fight. Also, Dawson wants the big fights but he is being ducked by all of the big names.

Dawsons thoughts on the Johnson fight and his future plans.

No, Pavlik is not a hype.

Pavlik is a monster.. He should just keep fighting @ 160 and dominate for years to come.
