i cant think of any punch that a fighter has which is better than Floyds hook. hatton got a good hook to the body and judah got a good punch or 2 but they aint like Floyd's hook.

Oscar's hook is more effective. He just couldn't land it against Floyd.

And why is that? Because he didn't use the most beautiful, and IMO one of the most if not THE most effective punch in boxing today, The Oscar De La Hoya jab. His jab really is a thing of beauty to watch, you can see him set **** up with it. He doesn't really use it defensively, but he shoots it out very quickly and gets full extension, it's a great punch and when he uses it properly he is effective.
