I don't think Tarver is overrated...I just think he's mentally weak. Then again I never see people giving him his due either, so I always thought he was underrated. His excuse that he was drugged before the Hopkins fight says a lot. I like Tarver though, that 2nd fight execution of RJJ was a masterpiece. How bad of a decision does Calzaghe lose to Hopkins?? lol.
