  • Tarver on Calzaghe 'If I cant beat him, it can't be done'

(Quote from mid way down the article)

Tarver does appear to be a legend in his own mind, or was he paying Joe a compliment and I am being too harsh??

He can't let the Bernard thing go either 'he still couldn't put me down on my worst day'

Yep, but i wont go into how overrated calzaghe is yet again, just think of the tarver that fought roy jones, then ask yourself if calzaghe ever got in the ring with one guy anywhere near that class of fighter.

I think Woods has improved enough to shut him up, possibly for good, or should we start a Tarver excuses thread??

I have no doubt about it now, Tarver is delusional.

                This is just spin.

Tarver in his hey day may have been able to beat Calzaghe, certainly not now.

Calzaghe will bag his 'name' in Hopkins then fight on to a huge fight with a Pavlik/Tailor or perhaps even Jones before he retires.
