I have watched it i have Calzaghe's career set would you like me to give you RBR on the fight ?? they both landed the same amount of punches, Reid landed the harder shots he was constantly hitting Calzaghe with right hands and he rocked him at least 5 times, that is considered by many boxing fans to be a controversial decision.

Debatable who was past prime. The fact remains that he has beaten everyone who stayed at 168. Hopkins ducked the fight first time around and chose to fight blown up welters and light middle weights then hop over SMW to fight Tarver at 175.

Charles Brewer was 2-2 in his last 4 fights he was considered a shot fighter, and he was also considered to have a weak chin yet Calzaghe never even came close to stopping him, just look at what Brewer done after Calzaghe fight he had 4 more fights and went 2-2. Eubank had to lose like 20 pounds in 1 week, he was coming off two losses to Steve Collins, Eubank's prime ended after the Michael Watson tragedy back in 1991. Woodhall shortly before Calzaghe fight was dropped 3 times by Beyer and he was also considered a shot fighter when he fought Calzaghe, and considering he never fought again after the Calzaghe fight just proves my point.

If you think that was a gift decision you have no ability to score a fight.

You are analysing fighters who aren`t even Calzaghes best wins meanwhile
ignoring the point about Hopkins not fighting at 168 and his best win being against a guy who started at 130lbs... lol

Or maybe you can't because that was very close fight, and if you hear the crowds reaction when the decision is announced they are all booing. Calzaghe never really hurt Reid at all where as Reid was rocking Calzaghe's head back constantly with right hands, Reid landed the much more damaging blows and when im scoring a fight i like the fighter who lands the much more damaging blows, Calzaghe would land 5 slapping shots then Reid would whack him with a hard shot and that 1 shot IMO is for certain better than 5 pitter patter shots.

It was hardly a gift, and Calzaghe had a bit of stinker in that fight. He has always been miles better than Reid who was pretty good himself. Firstly I gave it to Reid because I believed there was such a disparity between the fighters that it shouldn't have been so close. But I watched it again recently. Calzaghe won by a couple. Not a gift.

You can pick holes in both fighters resumes all day long.

I think Kessler personally is this best name on eithers resume. But then you can bring out the tired argument 'who did Kessler beat?'...it goes on and on.

first you said it was a gift, now it is a very close fight. Calzaghe was fighting with a fractured hand for most of the fight and still managed to outpoint Reid. I had Calzaghe winning by a round.

It was close, but your description of it as a gift is laughable.
