    • Just echoing what Technical Skill & others said that the only one intimidated was Cal when Hopkins got up in his **** at the Mayweather/Hatton weighin. He really looked shook when Hopkins was up in his face barking. Cal didn't expect Hopkins to so that at all & looked taken back by that move. Cal might talk big but I think he's intimidated by Hopkins & what he brings to the table.

      • I don't think anyone in boxing intimidates Bernard Hopkins.

Calzaghe performs to the level of his oposition that why he looked less than impressive against Bika ,Reid etc
True with Bika, but he still won by a huge margin , dirty as Bika was. The Reid situation was a bit different in that Reid was in his prime but Joe ****ed his hand in round 3, I think, that has been proven, but according to him he had been suffering from food poisoning not long before the fight; that he won with the broken hand is amazing, if the second bit is true then its a ****ing unbelievable win.

Hopkins is clever in the ring, but I think he's bitten off a bit too much this time.

Einstein? There's a crafty one. I used the word appropriately.

Let's just say I know my way around this site.

Now onto the issue. Did you notice that Hopkins walked away before he cam back angrily with racial slurs? That was because he was reminded of his two legacy-destroying losses to a mediocre middleweight.

Calzaghe on the other hand has won every fight by a landslide for fifteen years, against tougher competition than Hopkins has faced. And he is not the type to be intimidated.

So why is it you find yourself needing to think he was "shook?" And since when do you use words like that? Don't go "street" on me now, be a good boy.

Ok KayJay. If it isn't you then my bad but you talk just like him & use his way of posting. I wasn't trying to be crafty, witty or whatever you want to call it; just pointing out the obvious that you have no point. My point was when Hopkins walked up on Cal & started barking at him; Cal was like a deer in headlights. That's what alot of objective people saw & agree with. And I hate to burst your bubble alt but the n word & "whiteboy" are too totally different terms. That's fact & if you think otherwise & try to equate the two then there's nothing else to say you. And no I'm not cosigning what Hopkins said because he shouldn't have went there but you're totally wrong.

                    • I'd like to know the brand of weed Calzaghe is smoking because if believes Hopkins has any "fear in eyes" or heart he's insane. Bernard is an ex-con, not an ex-priest. When you've been behind bars around real killers, rapist, and the true scum of society, boxing against Wales finest in Joe Calzaghe, in comparison, is play time.
