So if Cintron gets his ass beat again, will everyone make the same excuse about his hand being messed up like the first time around? I'm just asking 'cause we all know that'll be the first words out of Cinton's camp.

Hopefully Cintron really wants to avenge his loss and put on a better performance than his last fight against Feliciano, making it a better fight for the fans! I still think Margarito will TKO him again though. Which is cool...Cotto-Margarito unification will be the fight of the summer!

Cintron will beat Margarito this time, then , Two Puert Rican Champions face each other, while Trinidad look from the Ringside, no that will not happen, you know why, because in december for his farewell fight Oscar de la Hoya will face the Destroyer, yep, Miguel Cotto and Oscar in December.

I bet that Arum has a deal with Clottey. If Margarito wins he vacates the title to fight Cotto, giving Clottey a title fight. If Cintron wins he enforces the mandatory, making Cintron fight him or drop the title to fight Cotto. Either way Clottey gets his title shot and Cotto has his summer PPV opponent. That's the way Arum's mind works.

Actually your second scenario leaves Cotto without an opponent. If Clottey enforces his mandatory Cotto will have noone to fight since Margarito just lost and the other two combatants are facing one another.

IMO, Cintron would drop the title to take the much better paying Cotto fight rather than a difficult defense against Clottey. Also I think Arum is confident that Margarito will win this fight anyways.

Im going to take cintron, although based on his last performance, I could definently see him losing. I hope if cintron wins though that the margy love stops.

Looks like Zab Judah misssed out and now Cintron will see if he can avenge his loss. With Emmanuel in his corner things maybe different, but Margarito put a whoopin on him the last time and that could still be in his head. I see a closer fight this time, but I still think Margarito will win with his late surge.

This just makes more sense all around. It's tough for Clottey, he might have to fight Judah or Collazo before he gets his shot unfortunatly for him. The least they can do is make him the IBF interim titlist.

considering Margarito and Clottey are promoted by Top Rank, good point there very much could be a deal in place where Cintron-Margarito winner vacates the IBF title for the Cotto fight

then again if the above happens (with the winner vacating the IBF title) it ruins the selling point of a potential unification clash going down (WBA champ vs IBF Champ).

sure the IBF winner doesn't NEED a title for a PPV fight with Cotto in July however looking at it from Arum's perspective .... Joshua Clottey isn't exactly marketable, and a Cintron/Margarito as the IBF Champ vs Cotto the WBA champ would be a greater sell on PPV.

Who knows what will go down, because Cintron could still win come April, but what ever goes down it should definitely make for a good July fight

be it Cotto vs Margarito .. Cotto vs Cintron, IBF title aside either match up is something the fans can get up for

Id pick Margarito again ,Cintron cannot fight inside & Margarito loves Backing people up & getting inside ,Cintron will get Stopped again IMO
