I bet that Arum has a deal with Clottey. If Margarito wins he vacates the title to fight Cotto, giving Clottey a title fight. If Cintron wins he enforces the mandatory, making Cintron fight him or drop the title to fight Cotto. Either way Clottey gets his title shot and Cotto has his summer PPV opponent. That's the way Arum's mind works.

I would have rather seen the Margarito-Judah fight because Margarito beat Cintron easy, but whatever. At least this will give Cotto a good opponent coming off of a big win in July. I think the winner of the July fight should get some kind of guarantee to fight Floyd in 2009.

This will be a war. Cintron deserves this rematch and his power could hurt Margarito. Lets see what happens when Marg takes Cintron into the trenches. The first fight was a learning lesson...I think Cintron can hurt Marg and maybe even finishing. He has to establish that jab and fight from the outside with big long right hands.
