Sergei needs to win this. Valuev getting his belt back is not great as far as setting up future matchups is concerned

There’s no guarantee that Valuev will win his former title back. If Chagaev is still the WBA champ then I’d pick him to win against the giant..

Lyakhovich fought very well against Brewster, and earned some respect from most people.
I know that it was a Lyakhovich punch thats what i said. and i was joking about him having no respect from that fight.

Valuev wins by a TKO or another bs decision. Lyakhovich has been too inactive recently. I don't think Valuev is the ideal comeback opponent.

Thats the thing, Brewster's eye injury happened from Lyakhovich's punches so how is there any excuses for him? Also, Lyakhovich was not really knocked down, he took a knee because he needed a break from the shots that he was taking. Brewster was the one that was about to be stopped. His face was busted up and was getting the worse of the exchanges.

He will give Valuev a lot of trouble if he's focused and prepared. We'll see in the first round, I think, no earlier than that.
i will tell u what was wrong he felt the power early on and didnt want any up to the point of the stoppage he was actually winning the fight then all of a sudden in the 12 th round he decides hes the tough guy and goes in at Briggs like an idiot and gets knocked outta the ring

Valuev is very dedicated and professional, so he'll some in top shape as always - he's had nine fights in the same time period, winning eight of them.

Valuev is too big and strong to be hurt by Lyakhovich, but Serguei will eventually hit the canvas the same way Barrett and Beck did.
he is too slow and i think Lyko can can outbox him just like Chagaev did

I dont know what happened with him in the Briggs fight but i think that it had alot to do with Briggs getting into his head before the fight. Think about it, Brewster is a much bigger threat than Briggs. Besides, what really makes me confident is the fact that Lyakhovich is the one that called Valuev out so obviously he sees a way of beating him. In my opinion, Lyakhovich boxes, picks his shots, and decisions the slow and robotic Valuev by MD.
                      Briggs hits harder then Brewster
