If Lyakhovich shows up focused and in shape I can see him giving Valuev a lot of trouble with his speed and ******* jab. A victory over Valuev would be exactly what Sergei needs to revive his career. I won't be surprised if Valuev wins, but I am gonna go with the upset and pick Lyakhovich by UD/SD.

lyakovich has been off for 15 months, plus he was just flat out intimidated by briggs physical size... so its reasonable to expect he will be intimidated by valuev.

lyko is riding the brewster victory as far as it will go, sure it was an exciting fight but i think he was overrated for beating an overrated fighter.

i expect valuev to win a close but clear decision.

Lyakhovich got skills, he boxes very good for a big guy. Something was wrong with him on that night with Briggs, I'm not sure what but he just wasn't himself. He will give Valuev a lot of trouble if he's focused and prepared. We'll see in the first round, I think, no earlier than that.

I thought Lyakhovich looked very soft in the Briggs fight. Maybe he was off the juice or maybe he didn't train hard enough. Valuez is a difficult fight for anyone because of his size and the fact he doesn't easily tire like you would think a man of his size would. I'd like to see Sergei win, but I can't pick him off a bad showing and a long layoff.

Lyakhovich may not be a world beater but all he has to do is beat Valuev who moves slower than cold molasses. If he can't beat Valuev he may as well hang up his gloves.

I don't think Lyakhovich has a chance in this fight. He's fought only twice in over three years - winning only once. He's been been inactive for a year and a half. Sadly, his talent has been let go to waste.

Valuev is very dedicated and professional, so he'll some in top shape as always - he's had nine fights in the same time period, winning eight of them.

Valuev is too big and strong to be hurt by Lyakhovich, but Serguei will eventually hit the canvas the same way Barrett and Beck did.

Yeah Valuev by early or mid round stoppage.

Mo Harris looked like Mike Tyson against Sergei Liakahovic.
