The late great Diego versus Castillo in the 1st fight. The fighting on the inside was extremely skilled. Brilliant counter punching & exchanges in that fight.
Most "skilled" fight ever

Pernell Whitaker/Buddy McGirt...specifically their first fight. Just an unbelievable amount of talent and technique in that ring. It's what Judah/Mayweather should have been, but Judah is nowhere near the fighter that Buddy McGirt was. High velocity chess between two masterful boxers.Comment

In terms of the overall skill present in the ring, I would have to go withNot to say two technicians fighting each other. Mostly this is a question of the fight that had the two best fighters fighting one another (or as close as you can get to it).
Prime should be taken into consideration when choosing. Otherwise it would obviously be Sugar Ray Robinson beating up an ancient, broke Henry Armstrong.
Someone once said that the #2 and #3 welterweights of all time faced one another in Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Thomas Hearns.
Another incredible matchup would be Wilfredo Gomez (undefeated best ever at 122) against Carlos Zarate (53-0 at 118, considered one of the best, if not THE best at 118 all time).
What does everyone think?
Duran v Leonard I. Perhaps the best performance of Duran's career, and one of the best performances of Leonard's career.Comment

Mayweather Baldomir
Mayweather was countering beautifully and it really looked good because Baldy is slow, you could see what Mayweather did.Comment
