No but in the Whitaker situation it was true.

It's not like DLH was constantly the aggressor, Whitaker came forwards at times as well. The only time DLH truly CAME at Whitaker was at the ends of the rounds when he unleashed flurries of punches that only hit the air.

i do not disagree with that but if no one is throwing in a round u cannot score it for the aggresssor just because he is advancing foward but not throwing shots , at ther very least pumping the jab

one thing is for sure Whitaker didnt do enough to repel Oscar but Oscar didnt do enough to take Whitaker's title so IMO the fight should have been scored a draw ,mind sound a bit odd but thats the way i saw it
