Since I started following boxing as a kid in the early to mid 80's, there have been numerous WW contenders/champs as big as Williams but more skilled. He's not a unique phenomenon. You can do the homework yourself.

And they all got knocked out by shorter, better fighters. Don't overestimate height and reach.

There has NEVER been a 6-2 WW.....who fights Southpaw...and throws 130 punches per round...and an 82 inch reach.

Leonard knocked out Hearns, who had significant height/reach "advantages" (quotes 'cause it's not unequivocally advantageous to be longer)

Breland (same size as Williams, but much more skilled), won a title and got KO'd by the much shorter Starling, then KO'd again a few years later.
