I think Floyds sharp accurate punches and crazy defense would slow Paul down a bit and frustrate him..but I dont think Floyd di well against Oscar when he was jabbing..Paul williams will jab him into submission..

Pauls chin is also solid as a rock..he took flush shots from Margarito and was hardly phased....Floyd couldnt hurt Baldmir and employed the hit and not get hit style..against Paul that **** wont work....hes too tall with too much reach...southpaw as well.

Paul has very good head movement and is hard to hit "at times".
Floyd will have to FIGHT...to gain the judges respect.....Williams cna take inside or pick Floyd apart with the 82 inch jab.

I love Floyd....but its just not a good matchup for him.

Shane defense has dwindled to almost Hatton status..hes hasnt blocked anything in years.

His reflexes are gone..his hand speed is still there but Mosley CANT beat people taller than him..PERIOD....he admitted that.

Williams would be on his ass from Round 1 to whenever SSM quit..which is not a knock on SSM who was a great fighter.

Williams is just too much for him at 36 years old.

Williams would TKO him by the 8th.
