I think Floyds sharp accurate punches and crazy defense would slow Paul down a bit and frustrate him..but I dont think Floyd di well against Oscar when he was jabbing..Paul williams will jab him into submission..

Pauls chin is also solid as a rock..he took flush shots from Margarito and was hardly phased....Floyd couldnt hurt Baldmir and employed the hit and not get hit style..against Paul that **** wont work....hes too tall with too much reach...southpaw as well.

I love Floyd....but its just not a good matchup for him.

Paul has very good head movement and is hard to hit "at times".
Floyd will have to FIGHT...to gain the judges respect.....Williams cna take inside or pick Floyd apart with the 82 inch jab.

I think Floyd will have moments where he makes Paul miss wildly and sticks some sharp counters on him other than that Paul will do fine against Floyd.
