I don't see how 1 victory over Margarito who isn't even that good and it was a very narrow win can make people believe he can beat Floyd. Please, don't be idiots like you were before with Jeff Lacy etc. This man isn't that good and he will be found out soon.I think if Margarito gets a rematch with him he will win anyway as well as Floyd,Cotto,Clottey and Mosley. The only other big name at Welterweight I think he can beat is Cintron but that is soley based on his last performance so then again even Cintron may beat him.

people pick him to beat Floyd because he is tall and has a good jab, FLoyd has shown that he does have problems when he is fighting against a guy who throws a lot of jabs, like Oscar did in parts.

That doesn`t mean Williams will be remembered as being "better" than Mayweather, its just that he potentially has the style to defeat him.

Of course that doesn`t mean that Williams could defeat everyone on Mayweathers resume.

alot of people like to hate on margarito but the truth is they know he is a bad ass a true warrior and the most feared man on the planet. that is why even a controversial win against this man has many people thinking williams will be one of the greatest fighters ever. as long as he avoids margarito and dont give him a rematch then he has a chance to become a great fighter.
