Why would Hatton ridicule exercise routines of PBF's that he couldn't do himself?

    Padwork is essential for boxing, it improves accuracy, speed, distance and timing and gives your coach an opportunity to see what you're doing wrong and right. There's no right or wrong way to work the pads and Ricky's methods are just as valid as Floyd's and vice versa.

    Beginners should be using either Ricky's methods or Floyd's...

      I've only seen that one clip, if he was joking then he was joking. I don't care either way. Of all the things that there are to ridicule about Floyd, I'm just saying that you shouldn't make fun of his training.
