Dude I can't believe your asking Ferocity for his score card on a fight. Need I remind you he had Lewis-Holyfield I a draw, had Margarito winning 8rds against PW and gave Hatton 6rds against Hatton.Comment

First off look at my registration I've seen your post for the last 1-2 years and you dont debate you prognosticate. You can ask all the old school posters(been on site for the past 1-2 years) about me and my long debates. Now, its out dated for me to read the same **** from posters like you and I have to write the same words. If i felt like it i would but maybe next time i'll be here to present my case for hours.
Duran has a granite chin but he was knocked down, before Chavez ever was and Chavez unlike Duran was not knocked down in his prime or ever ko'd a little bit past his prime like Duran was, Chavez tko'd but never ko'd even in old age.
Chavez defense is under rated, he could stand in front of you and make you miss when he wanted and took shots cause he could.

I honestly belive if they fought neither would be the same ever again, there both too determined to win. It would have been on hell of a fight.
Again son, you're showing you ignorance. Heres some knowledge, Roberto Duran is Mexican(and Panamainian) - don't hate.
He was a beast, even though Duran (unlike prime Chavez) lost and got knocked down, but yes, he was a beast.
Secondly Duran only got Knocked out at MIDDLE WEIGHT let me repeat that, middleweight! It wasn't even a regular middleweight it was one of the hardest hitting middleweights in history. Chavez wouldn't have gone the distance against Hagler or Hearns.Comment

It's a coincidence that this thread has been made. I've been watching prime Chavez fights and some prime Duran fights the last few days and I can't see Chavez beating Duran. And Durans KD was against Esteban De Jesus who would have been a very good Lightweight champ had it not been for Duran.Last edited by Silencers; 12-22-2007, 09:57 PM.Comment

Do some research before saying it was at middleweight, and im talking ko, not tko as boxrec says.First off look at my registration I've seen your post for the last 1-2 years and you dont debate you prognosticate.
