Calzaghe would school Winky and Tarver too. Hopkins is just a wizard against Southpaws. Calzaghe is special, he'd beat most guys from 160-175.

This is not a prime Hopkins though, not even CLOSE, which is what you guys don't seem to realize. While not quite in his prime either, Calzaghe is near his and has the style to own this old version of Hopkins, and a prime Joe has a good chance to beat a prime Hopkins even.

        My apologies.
Winky and Hopkins at 160, no headbutts allowed, different result.

Thing is, these same people hating on Calzaghe, saying he's never fought abroad etc will be the same ones churning out the excuses (B-Hop was over the hill, he should have fought RJJ, Winky, whoever) when Calzaghe beats him. A hater is a hater at the end of the day.

We don't have to hbo has said on Calzaghes bio that hopkins and roy ducked calzaghe like six years ago by asking for a ridiculous amount of money for the fight.

I've been gone for a week. Has the Calzaghe v. Hopkins fight been made? I am saying this because after last weeks' Floyd/Hatton fight, I would figure that Calzaghe may be even more determined to avoid fighting in the U.S., if you know what I mean.
