Oh yo ho hello there, me man!
I've been really busy, working 12 hours a day and training twice in between.
I've also been to Lithuania where I had a couple of fights.
One of them I won, but got robbed.
The other guy had bronze in both european championship and the world championship.
The bad news is that I lost 14-3. The good news is that the fight was almost fairly close, the difference being in strenght and conditioning.
Man that ****head was strong.
The first overhand right he landed, I just thought "Damn, 4 rounds with this..?"
But, I kept moving forward, kept coming through all them hooks and swings.
In the last round I could feel I had broken his spirit!
Bloody shame I wasn't well prepared for it!
I followed up on my promise too, and bought myself a videocam.
But me wonders if I bought a ****e model, cuz I don't know if I can upload it to the computer...
I know, ****** and all that...
I will get someone to look at it and see what I can come up with

Good ****, Tys. It's brutal trying to deal with injury, keep working, and stay on top of training. You're a soldier, brother. The ****er had to have been a monster in the strength department if I'm hearing from you that he was that strong. I know you're quite the beast yourself when it comes to raw strength.Oh yo ho hello there, me man!

It sounds like all you needed was a few more rounds to take his heart.
I can't wait until you hit the next level. You were built for the $$$ class!
I'm absolutely awful with cameras and **** like that, man.. I feel you.

Cheers for that, champ!
It was kind of surreal really, because I did what I always do; went straight at him to make him respect me from the opening bell.
I walked straight into a right hand and got a little bit shocked. Not really because of the pure punching power, but because when I got in close afterwards, I couldn't ****ing move the thing!
I felt like I had hit a brick wall.
It made me mad as hell, so I marched forward with the "please hit me"-attitude. I'm a ****ing moron, cuz he wasn't going to stop punching, was he?
I learned alot in that fight. Most important lesson was that if I put my mind to it, I can compete with pretty much anyone. Pretty much doesn't mean everyone as of yet, but soon enough.
Secondly I learned that I'm too light for 69kg right now.
I weigh around 68kg without watching what I eat, so I'm about 6-7 pounds too light.
I'll have to fight more often too, as I've just had 22 fights. When I watch the videotape, I see that I neglect everything I'm good at, even bodypunches.
Not good, but experience will help.
I'm struggling mentally though. I'm not weak mentally, but I'm flighty.
By that I mean that I lose focus on things after about 50-60 seconds. Even in fights.
If I dominate the first minute, I can suddenly start to think about what I'd like for dinner, and let people back in the fight.
I think I should be trying meditation and yoga as my flighty mind hinders me on a day to day basis too. Any experience with that?
I'm also thinking about seeing a shrink to sort out my inner demons.
If I can get my head straight, I'll have everything I need to raise myself to the next level.
My shoulder isn't really coming along too nicely though. I've spent over 2000$ the last year in treatment for it, but it's not working up to my expectations yet. Good thing then I've been developing a nice right hand
