Arum is going to have to blow away Mayweather in order to get this done. They have bad blood together being that Arum used to be his promoter and Floyd dropped him like a bad habit. Either that or De La Hoya is going to have to somehow get involved. Just heard the post fight news conference and Floyd said he was retired after the DLH fight and he said DLH gave him an offer he couldn't refuse. He also reiterated that he said earlier that he would only come out of retirement to do business with DLH. I would love to see this fight perhaps Cotto should fight early next year and call out Mayweather and punk him on TV like Hatton and strike a nerve in Floyd to get him out of retirement. I really see him fighting only one more time hopefully it will be Cotto. I also want to see the excuses once he finishes off Cotto. He is in a no win situation, he beats Cotto then its now he has to fight Margarito, Williams, Cintron, Clottey and whoever else they can dredge up.

He doesn't need to keep defending his title when he just did against an undfeated top 10 p4p fighter his SAME size who he was supposed to fight 2 years ago. He's already a HOFer.. Anything after that is extra. Extra is good, but not necessary.

He's a huge draw??????? Maybe I'm not, but certainly 350k is not a big deal when one is sealing 2 million ppv sells.

You Sir, are the one who is not too bright.

Cotto isn't a huge draw right now. He's got a decent following and can fill MSG, but his PPV numbers, even against Mosley, aren't impressive. The 360,000 can arguably be attributed to Mosley rather than Cotto, who's fight with Malignaggi did around 130,000 ppv buys. The Cotto/Judah fight did 225,000.

            Meanwhile, Mosley-Vargas I did 420,000, Hopkins/Tarver did 330,000 and Barrera-Pac did 350,000 ppv buys.

DLH and PBF are the only two huge draws. ****, Oscar did 925,000 when he fought Mayorga!

Cotto needs more exposure to become a huge PPV draw. If he fights Oscar in May, then he'll be ready for prime time!

Cotto sells OUT MSG everytime. he has way more fans then Mayweather..

                    do you even hear yourself?
