Cotto isn't better than hatton, why should floyd fight him.

It would be same as fighting baldomir and de la hoya, no excitement, cotto wont be able to bring the fight to mayweather

ricardo torres nearly beat cotto up in the first round, demarus corley came close, and zab judah. cotto is ordinary he doesnt have a finesse about him to fight mayweather and challenge him like hatton did. I think cotto should fight hatton, but hatton would beat him like he beat castillo.

How so, hattons offense is pretty good(though hatton leaves himself completely open when he goes offense, something cotto doesn't do) but his defense is rather ****ty compared to cottos. Cotto has a great jab. Cotto is good in the defense and offensive part, he will win.
