I knew it, hatton was no match for him, he tried to pressure him too much leaving himself wide open. it just took mayweather some rounds to figure him out, and he was gone. but dam this was a very good fight.

Most of all from this fight, I think Floyd not pointing directly for Cotto is the big news.
Not necessarily, Diego Corralles was 29, and apart from his untimely death, he was finished as a fighter.

Well, I try to look at things objectively.

Ricky had announced that he would take some time off after he beats Mayweather. Floyd just did the same thing.

He has been in big fight after big fight. Do you want a fit/ready/motivated FMJ or a guy half-looking at the door.

          We can't train for him.

A true champion can adapt his game to suit any opponent. I believe that is what we were witnessing from round 6 onwards. He worked Hatton out, then set upon dismantling him.

              Wiley,

What do you think of Mayweather KTFOing the guy who made Tszyu quit?

This was good guy vs. bad guy. And the bad guy won.
Naw the bad guy knocked him the **** out. That should make it pretty valid.
