How do you think Mayweather v. Hatton will play out?

hatton starts off fast and makes things uncomfortable for floyd at times, but floyd counters with uppercuts on the inside and lands some good jabs and straight rights when hatton comes in. floyd will also do some nice work to the body. eventually, floyd's accurate countering will do gradual damage to hatton's face, prompting a stoppage in round 9.

Hatton comes out in the first firing and hitting nothing but air. PBF starts sitting down on his punches and hits Hatton 5 punches to 1. Hatton is stumbling and bleeding all over the place and thinking how he would love to kill the silly ****ers who said Mayweather had no punch.

Suddenly, out from the crowd comes Ricky's mum with stilletto heel shoe in hand. She proceeds to beat the **** out of Floyd just as she predicted on 24/7, proving that you DO NOT mess with a Brit while their mum's around.

PBF wins by DQ but never fights again as nobody can take Money May seriously any more.

Ricky's mum is the new pound for pound queen of British boxing.

My predictions


1st Round
Hatton will come out trying to KO Floyd asap but Floyd just backs off and does his normal thing with the jabs and the odd hook but Hatton does not have the pace and loses the round 10-9
Current Score PBF 10-9 Hatton
2nd Round
Hatton will be getting frustrated at this point and decide to try to target a KO within the next few rounds PBF does not get involved in a slug fest and ends with a flurry and takes the round again 10-9

3RD Round
Floyd with his constant barrage of jabs and hooks to Hattons face makes the hitmans face and eye area swell and bruise up the first signs of the cut Hatton lands a few big punches but nothing the PBF cant handle making it 30-27.

Much the same but PBF takes a more aggressive role and takes advantage of Hatton who is worried about the bruising around the eye and takes another round.

PBF really goes now and Hatton Eye is on the verge of cutting and takes another round with quick punches and 2 or three big shots.

6th Round.
PBF’s best round so far with Rickys eye now cutting and the Mancunian in serious trouble.

The refs getting worried about Rickys cut now and the end is nearing mayweather targets the eye and Rickys lack of defence hurts him.

Its all over the ref sees enough Rickys tendency to cut has lost it him on KO it would of been by UD but his weakness of cuts ruin it for him.

Hatton will come out very fired up, anger, aggression and intensity. he will have early success to the body and he will suprise floyd will how quickly he closes the gap. floyd struggles to find his range in the first 3 rounds, similar to the judah fight. Rounds 4 through to 7 floyd established his jab and counter right hands but ricky is still very active and beating up on his body. i think somewhere between 8 and 10 ricky piles the pressure on, finding a second wind from the fanatical support and mayweather begins to fade. At this point i can also foresee floyd having hand trouble and struggling to keep ricky off him. In conclusion my prediction is Ricky TKO round 10 after a brutal body shot

Did you start this thread to disagree with anyone who thinks Hatton might put up a fight? Wow...anyways, I see a couple possible ways this fight could play out

#1) The most likely fight
Hatton comes out fast and is just mugging Floyd for the first two rounds. Floyd is obviously uncomfortable with all of the pressure and roughhousing. Round 3 Floyd starts to open up and takes the next two rounds. Then around the 5th or 6th Ricky really starts to apply the pressure. He has success but is also countered with some slick punches. The 5th and 6th rounds are spilt between the two. Fights basically even through half way. Floyd then gets on his bike and goes back to the pot shot and dance style we all know so well. He will be too fast for Hatton to catch and Floyd will take most of the 7-12 rounds. Ricky takes one or two, but he cant catch Floyd. The crowd boo's and FLoyd gets a UD and brags about what a great fight he just put on and how he has nothing left to prove and re-retires.

#2) Second most likely
Basically the fight plays out like above for a few rounds, but the clean counter punching of Mayweather opens up a bad cut on Ricky. Ricky fights his ass off, but the cut forces a stop around round 8 or 9. Ricky gains respect for the heart he showed still going after Floyd full force even with the bad cut. Floyd then says that he put on a great show and did everything he wanted to do and retires. Cotto calls Floyd out and Floyd throws some money at him and runs away.

#3) Least likely to happen but this is what I hope happens.
Hatton comes out with so much pressure that Floyd cant do much but complain to the ref that Hatton is fighting dirty. Hatton bulls Floyd into the ropes and destroys him to the body. After 6 its 4 rounds for Hatton and 2 for FLoyd. Ricky starts to up the pressure after 6 and Floyd starts to show signs of wilting. Round 10 Floyd is dropped from a vicious body shot and doesnt even try to get up. Vegas goes nuts and Floyd is shown crying and hugging 50 cent in his corner.
