Did you start this thread to disagree with anyone who thinks Hatton might put up a fight? Wow...anyways, I see a couple possible ways this fight could play out
#1) The most likely fight
Hatton comes out fast and is just mugging Floyd for the first two rounds. Floyd is obviously uncomfortable with all of the pressure and roughhousing. Round 3 Floyd starts to open up and takes the next two rounds. Then around the 5th or 6th Ricky really starts to apply the pressure. He has success but is also countered with some slick punches. The 5th and 6th rounds are spilt between the two. Fights basically even through half way. Floyd then gets on his bike and goes back to the pot shot and dance style we all know so well. He will be too fast for Hatton to catch and Floyd will take most of the 7-12 rounds. Ricky takes one or two, but he cant catch Floyd. The crowd boo's and FLoyd gets a UD and brags about what a great fight he just put on and how he has nothing left to prove and re-retires.
#2) Second most likely
Basically the fight plays out like above for a few rounds, but the clean counter punching of Mayweather opens up a bad cut on Ricky. Ricky fights his ass off, but the cut forces a stop around round 8 or 9. Ricky gains respect for the heart he showed still going after Floyd full force even with the bad cut. Floyd then says that he put on a great show and did everything he wanted to do and retires. Cotto calls Floyd out and Floyd throws some money at him and runs away.
#3) Least likely to happen but this is what I hope happens.
Hatton comes out with so much pressure that Floyd cant do much but complain to the ref that Hatton is fighting dirty. Hatton bulls Floyd into the ropes and destroys him to the body. After 6 its 4 rounds for Hatton and 2 for FLoyd. Ricky starts to up the pressure after 6 and Floyd starts to show signs of wilting. Round 10 Floyd is dropped from a vicious body shot and doesnt even try to get up. Vegas goes nuts and Floyd is shown crying and hugging 50 cent in his corner.
