The numbers clearly demonstrate that out of Floyd's first 4 ppvs, he's sold more than Oscar in his first 4.
Hehehe thats right tell me not to get off tack... Don't tell your fellow floyd nuthugger.

And what the numbers DO show is a huge skew and jump in Floyd's numbers by fighting De La Hoya. That is what IT ACTUALLY shows. Also the numbers are obviously biased in both time and relation.

Sure it is Floyd's first 4 PPVs and DLH's First 4 but were they even at the same stage in their careers?

In relationship to their amount of fights and how far along they were in their careers DLH was fighting fighters for HUGE PPV sales while Floyd was fighting in an empty Arena against at the time WBC Lightweight Champ Jose Luis Castillo in PBF's Hometown.

Also Counting DLH vs Floyd money on top of that towards Floyd's Tally makes it the more ridiculous because it is using one of the variables being discussed to augment the other. It is like saying X = 2Y in which no matter how much Y(DLH) makes X will always be bigger because of how the "calculations" are setup.

And last but not least Did inflation magically disappear between DLH's first PPV and Floyds that allows a fair comparison of Dollar amounts?

That.... is what his numbers (and I know they made u feel toasty inside so I apologize) show.

floyd mayweather is a piece of ****, hes not a "draw"

unless you put a big name against floyd mayweather the fight isnt gonna make jack ****in squat in the parlance of our times.

go out on the street and ask 10 people who floyd mayweather is and maybe two say yeah and they can tell you anything more than "hes a boxer guy"

Texas High School football is a bigger draw than Floyd Mayweather at the moment. He continues to be an underpriced vegas favorite in every fight he has because so many people bet against him just wanting so badly for him to lose and to profit from it

          Mayweather.
Hatton is playing an important part, similar to the part Floyd played in fighting Oscar.
The ppv will do well, and that is due in part to Ricky, but Floyd is clearly the draw here.

Mayweather is the biggest name in boxing today, every boxing forum, every thread is about Mayweather, most people hate him but their also obsessed with him.

Oscar De La Hoya only went over a million PPV's 3 times in his career and that was against 3 big stars, he did 1 Mil with Hopkins, 1.5 mil with Tito "Mexican VS. Puerto Rican war" and 2.4 with Mayweather.

If Mayweather was not a big draw then the fight with Oscar should've done less then a mil, it broke the all time record, the first report was 2.2 mil which was a record and the second report was 2.4 mil.

I personally don't give a **** who is the biggest draw in boxing but don't be blind folks.

When did Mayweather do over 400K before the Oscar fight? Enlighten me, we all know Oscar did over 400K MANY times.

Why are you arguing when you yourself voted that Mayweather was the bigger draw in the poll?

Of course he is, but I still have to correct idiocy when I see it.

I'm talking about now you idiot, besides he did 325K against Baldy, Oscar did only 500K againt Mosley.

I could careless if Floyd sells 10 PPV or 10 mil PPV, the fact he is the most popular fighter in boxing today and you really can't argue that.
