    not at all IMO.

Best win was Winky Wright, and Ike Quartey. Very good wins, but not enough

No way IMO. Has some good competition on his resume, but he has lost to most of them.

It's hard to say no. I always loved his machismo, his kill or be killed attitude, his "angry man" build up for a great majority of his fight promotions, how he had enough skill to almost beat everybody....but no. There's something elite about the HOF fighters, and Fernando, while a great fighter of our generation, is not all that great when compared to the ALL TIME GREATS.

i think no but it's not like the hall of fame is filled with only all time great fighters anyway.

well..........he could be one of the last round picks to be in the hall of fame because he fought all of the great fighters of his time even though he came up short in the biggest ones.
