          If I was you, I'd try and find an elite trainer, and do work with him, and spar with good professional boxers, and learn of them, and practice your skills in the ring, not how much you can bash your opponent.

            you will be fine as long as you train hard and take it serious. just get back into the gym, get alot of rounds in through sparring, and be motivated. if you look at it as if its just something that you do in your spare time, then you won't get far. but you are just starting so you will improve.

                      I'm working on getting back into shape. I'm 5'9" and weigh normally around 175, 180. Right now college got the best of me, so we've added some lbs. I would love to box but I don't think I'd my reflexes are fast enough to keep up with those in professional boxing. I'll stick to watching it on the tv or in the stands.
