Tito should be somewhere on this list, he is very accomplished at Welter. Probably the only fighter of the current era that should be on the list. Miguel and Floyd may have a chance to one day make the list, but they'll have to prove themselves by taking on the other top Welters out there. And with all the quality of opposition out there right now, they have the opportunity to prove themselves as great. I think Miguel is more willing to take these chances than Floyd. There so may great fights that can be made at 147 right now.
