            Armstrong should not be that high at WW. His merit is more in a P4P ranking than a one weight class ranking. Gavilan should be above neither Napoles or Griffith. Those guys, along with Leonard make up what should be the top 5. Hearns, Whitaker, and Walker should also be higher.

                    Cool, his wins resume(while very good) is not as good at WW as Leonard, Napoles, Griffith, etc. His body of work is also not as good. He had too many losses and was not as consistent at this weight as others, although at his peak he was awesome. Also, due to his size, I rate him below these guys in a head to head sense.
