There is no way Duran should be ranked higher then Tito at Welter, Regardless of what you might think of the Dlh fight. He defended his Ibf title 15 times, beat Whitaker,Delahoya,Carr,Campas,Blocker,Camacho,Pend leton. Was undefeated in that weightclass, Why should Duran be ranked ahead of him? For beating Leonard then Quiting? How many time did Duran defend the Welter Title? for beating the past his best Palomino?

I didn't say he belonged above Tito, was just wondering why you think it's laughable he was on the list.

But upon further review, my mistake straight up, I was thinking some of his 154 wins were at 147.
