I'll be the first to admit that some of the **** Floyd does isn't really that funny.

But, come on, there has been some funny **** that he has done.

        1. Having some piece of **** rappers from PHILTHY RICH rap about Coralles beating his wife before their fight. That **** was great.
        2. Having people carry him in as royalty in Atlantic City before he fought Arturo Gatti.
        3. Wearing Mexican colors on Cinco de Mayo against De La Hoya.
        4. I thought the gladiator entrance as well as wearing pink against Baldomir gave the impression that he though that Baldomir was nothing to worry about, which made me laugh.
        5. Haha, he said that after he retires Hatton he will allow him to, "mow his lawn and buckle his shoes."

I don't know, maybe it is just me, but I think some of the **** he does certainly qualifies as humorous.

And by the way.. I think the pres laughing ALONG with Ali, would disgaree with the quote.
          That makes absolutly zero sense.
And most of the press was writing about how Ali was an abomination and embarassment to the sport.

Watch his interviews after Ali v Foreman and Ali v Fraizer III.
"Im the greatest fighter of all time and Joe Fraizer is the greatest of all time second only to me."
He actually did tell EVERYONE who was close enough to him, that he wanted to train in clothes that he saw Robinson wear. He patterned his style after him, and often imitated him in how he fought. He claimed once, or someone claimed that he was trying to be a heavyweight Ray Robinson, and he never denied a claim like that.

It makes perfect sense. You just love Floyd Mayweather. Second of all, if MOST press said this.. find me some articles. Otherwise, don't make the claims.

Your thought process is actully revisionism, the thought that Ali was loved by all and thought to be entertaining and humerous goes against the accepted historical facts.

                    Not at all.
Im making a legitimate comparison to two fighters who claimed to be the greatest and were hated my the majority of mainstream society.
Also, Muhammad ALi has been, and will continue to be, my favorite figher, so you pretending to know ANYTHING about me is just ******.
And im not going to searching articles from the 60's.

Didn't Howard Cosell's fanbase enjoy him. Or did they put him on the show, because the ratings did poorly each time?
