People say they hate Floyd Mayweather for consistantly claiming he is the greatest, the best of all time etc etc.
Yet at the same time, they praise Muhammad Ali, (who couldnt go 5 minutes without proclaiming his own greatness) for being a personality, and being good for the sport.
Floyd and Ali's methods for rising their stock as the greatest fighter of all time are exactly the same, yet one gets praised and the other gets ridiculed.

Going by the underlined he shouldn't be fighting at all then because he believes they are all lesser opposition by his account. i hate floyd but i think he is a great boxer although not the greatest.

and for me ali and mayweather are different. ali talked a lot too, maybe even more than floyd, but the things mayweather says are boring and kinda lame. at least ali was funny and talked like that since the beginning cos thats just how the way he is, it suits him, he had that special charisma, but mayweather doesn´t, thats for me the main difference.
