People that say Cotto are crazy, Hatton on the fact he was the true champion at 140. Cotto has beaten good fighter but hasnt been the real champ at 140 or 147.

Can you quote him on that?

Because from all I've seen from his posts, he has given Hatton credit and talked about him being a great fighter. He also said that Hatton has a chance of beating Mayweather. We arent talking out of our ass now are we?

          Hatton's top 5 wins:

          Kostya Tszyu
          Jose Luis Castillo
          Vince Phillips
          Luis Collazo
          Juan Urango

          Cotto's top 5 wins:

          Shane Mosley
          Zab Judah
          Carlos Quintana
          Paul Malignaggi
          Ricardo Torres
Cotto for sure, I don't even see how this can be close, in 31 fights for over half of them Cotto fought either past or present world champions, known names too not some unrecognizable names who if they are good their names don't stick up for them.. in his 10th fight he fought Justin Jukko and if I'm not mistaken he KO'ed him, regardless Cotto been brought up against championship level fighters and this has been from his 10th fight and up, he avenged his Ametuer losses and did them both with KO's, he beat top quality guys for the most part of his career so it baffles me to think anyone would pick Ricky over Miguel, Shane Mosley alone is better than all 5 of those guys you named for Hatton, maybe Kostya is good but c'mon mad Ricky held his way on to a win, Kostya is a class act so he ain't going to say "**** **** **** **** **** **** he grabbed me" he gonna say he got no problems, I actually think Cotto would have TKO'ed Tszyu and I don't say that about much people.. 100

Hatton has the biggest win on either record. That being against Kostya Tszyu. However, the way he beat him (clinching, fouling and questionable treatment from a biased ref) takes a little luster away from the victory. Castillo was NOT a top/P4P fighter at the time Hatton fought him, regardless of what some are saying. Top fighters don't win split decisions, arguably even losing, to fighters nearly KO'd by Emanuel Augustus. I think the Ngoudjo and Reyes fights clearly showed the wars with Corrales had taken their toll on Castillo. Which is why I predicted Hatton would stop him. In my opinion, Cotto clearly has the better resume. More than a few fighters on his record, went on to hold world titles, and there's a few names on there who I would favor over Hatton.
