Who's resume is better? Hatton or Cotto?

I am surprised I am going to say this.. But Out of those 2 lists I have to go with an edge to Hatton..

Im gunna go with cotto on this one.
His handlers have done well with him by steadily increasing his opposition..

Cotto by a long shot.
Kostya Tszyu is such an overrated fighter in these forums its a shame. The guy isnt even a boxer to me he fights once every 3 yrs. And quit on his stool. Plus he loss to D rated fighters as well.
Plus we all know that JL Castillo was shot when he faced Hatton

Cotto and I personally don't even think it's very close.
