I think a lot of people are beggining to dislike Khan. In his last few fights he has been getting a lot of jeers from the crowd.

The boos were especially loud against Scott Lawton.

This is because he is becoming increasingly more arrogant, when he has no right to be.

Did anyone one see the press conference between Khan and Earl, Khan was giving it the "big I am", I think he needs to be a bit more respectful.

I will enjoy the Mayweather-Hatton fight a lot more if Earl ko's this ass on the same night.

from what i can tell most a lot of british fight fans who actually know a bit about boxing and starting to feel the same way.... he does seem to lack humility, i dunno im just not sold on him yet. i've seen pretty much all khan's fights and i've followed quite a bit of earls career.... i think he can pull the upset but i worry whether he's quick enough.... if he lands though i can see khan being laid out quite heavily

Yeah i know what you mean DURAN IS GOD, i think a lot of British fight fans dislike hyped boxers, look at the reception Audley Harrison usuualy gets.

              I actually hope Khan improves.
Just because he has undeservedly got more attention than Hatton or Calzaghe doesnt mean u should want him to get KTFO. He is way more exciting than most other young british fighters.
He has spirit, and is very fast, hits pretty hard, but isnt nearly as good as he is made out to be. I hope he improves.

I think his arrogance is partly due to opponents saying that to fight him is a step backwards. Khan then responds in what seems like an arrogant way. But he is alrite.

i kinda swing between like and dislike with khan.

i think some of the ****iness is an act and it just doesn't suit him. makes him sound much more of a nob than he probably is. on the other hand, i know a lot of kids his age who would probably act the same if handed a bucketful of cash and told they were the best thing since sliced bread by everyone around them.

i think he does have a lot of talent and potential and i will be pleased if he achieves something, but i won't be that arsed if he gets ktfo either.

i'm sure a lot of the people who do want to see earl knock him out will get behind khan if he progresses onto the world scene and is fighting a non-brit.

when you get a silver medal at 17 in the olympics then you come back to me

yes he gets a lot of attention, but he is a tv freindly guy. he can be quite funny and is a laugh if you see him on interviews and sports shows. he is now 20 and doing well for himself. after his fights he is ****y but he must have some adrenilin. i mean boxing infront of 10k people is a big buzz and he is just 20. nearly 21. well i htink he is 21 or 20.

i know he aint the best, but i cant fault him on how he has managed his career. you have one life and make the most of it. he is sitting in his cosey house right now with his millinos in his bank while you are on here bitching about him. yeah others havent been so lucky to get the exposure as he has. maybe feeling sorry for them is one thing, but ahting another guy for their lsot is another. get a grip and encourage your friends to watch the people who don't get exposure.

who is the real winner? he is all day long. to be the only british entry into the boxing olympics and to get a silver at 17 is something special in itself.

to be fair khan has fought good opposition for someone with 14 fights. And if he beats Earl and Thaxton in his next 2 fights noone can complain. His fight against Limond was very entertaining so I really don't see the problem. Is he world class? Maybe not but he's doing ok so far.

its obvious Khan is buying into his own hype he lets his hands go with reckless abandon seemingly oblivious to the fact his oponent is allowed to punch back even as quick as he is there is such a thing as timing someone ,slipping punches & countering in Boxing

he never learned anything from the Drilzane fight where his defence looked Ameteurish & what did he learn from beating up on Lawton ,that kid aint as good as Limond
