      It's not close.

      Quintana > Mitchell

      Mosley >>> Baldy

      Advantage Cotto.

          i think you just opened up a can of worms that's gonna catch you alot of fish.
          quintana is better mitchell
          mosley is better than baldo
          you could argue judah was a better judah vs mosley
          but i don't believe that
          if anything the rest did judah some good.

              Not to mention I think the Judah in the Cotto fight was a more confident Judah, which makes him more dangerous.

              In the Mayweather fight, Judah was coming off the embarrassing loss and surely had his confidence shaken (not an uncommon occurence for the mercurial welterweight), and he didn't hold the speed/quickness advantage (or at least as much of one) over Floyd like he did over Cotto by a mile.

                He had just come off two embarrasing losses before the Cotto fight. I think Zab vs. Floyd was better than Zab vs. Cotto... doesn't matter overall though, Cotto has faced better competition at 147. If you add De La Hoya for Mayweather at 147 (since he fought weighing 148), then it becomes awfully close, with advantage to Mayweather, considering it was a welterweight vs. a junior middleweight.

                Straight up 147 vs. 147 goes to Cotto.

                  * Baldomir was the undisputed WW champ and would smash Quintana's face in who is nothing more than a prospect and hasn't fought anyone besides Cotto.

                  * Mosley's better than Mitchell

                  * The Judah that fought Mayweather was yards ahead of the shot, broken fighter coming off a year lay off and a loss in the Judah who fought Cotto.

                  Not to mention that Floyd beat the man who beat the man, which makes him the Champ. Cotto beat Floyd's leftovers and a game, but past it former champ who hasn't owned a belt at welter weight in years.

                  Mayweather has fought the better fighters overall at Welter, since we must include Hatton now as well, not to mention better comp through out his entire career.
