I want to see a replay of Shane Mosley and Miguel Cotto to see why Mosley could'nt take advantage of Cotto's "open" chin.

I think that it probably only looks open on film (from the side or top) but when you're actually infront of Cotto it might look different.

Or it could be that while you're trying to take advantage of that opening, Cotto would hit your Body and give more than he takes. Causing you to hit alot weaker than you would like.

Uhhhhh....DLH is changing. He is becoming a promoter rather than a boxer. You can tell by the way he talks now. Compare how he walked and talked a few years ago and now. He's becoming business and if he stays in the ring he's gonna get hurt. However, Cotto/DLH fight would be a fun one to watch.

Anyhoo, Cotto vs Oscar is a dream match and would be an unbelievable fight. Didnt Oscar say that he wouldnt fight a Puerto Rican though or something?

I don't think De La Hoya could have beat Cotto in his best days and I don't wanna see Oscar go out a loser ummmm how about he fights Mayorga one more time for pride

I agree. Listen with amusement to all the crybabies on here. Oscar is good for the sport, period. He is still a good fighter. Lest we forget, he almost beat the p4p number one guy in the sport at the age of 33-34. With his power and chin (and he's more fresh than Mosley imo) he can beat Cotto and/or Hatton.

And why the hell not? Oscar fights the best. We should praise that. And he trained hard as hell for the Floyd fight. He needs big fights to motivate him.

The only reason oscar wants to fight anyone in the game is for money. After that nasty display Mayweather and him did last May, neither of them should have a boxing lic. Stick to promoting and "come-on" you have no chance with Cotto. Neither you or Mayweather.

It's called acting, he's just changing character.

He's becoming more transparent as he gets older.
