Shane was 3/4 sparring like an idiot a week before the fight.

He was sparring too much in general the last few years. Sparring, sparring, sparring. Cotto was trying to kick his ass and Shane was forgetting where he was. He thought he was back in Big Bear.

Im fine with this, this will put cotto at the very very top and he'll most likely knock delahoya out with a body shott. Delahoyas body will be extremelly weak at 147 and if mosley couldnt capitalize on those things, no way delahoya does. I'd rather see cotto/ mayweather but I dont care if cotto gets a big pay day and another huge win before he fights mayweather.

I would rather see Cotto/Oscar for the simple fact that it will have more action. i dont really need to see how fast cotto can chase mayweather cause thats all that would happen. At least oscar will stand and trade with Cotto till someone gets knocked out.

Nah, Shane Mosley tried his power, and didn't dare brawl, I doubt oscar would.

I don't know.. There was something off.

He also underestimated Cotto in several areas. That didn't help.

But physically and mentally something was wrong with Mosley. Jack had to give Shane instructions on basic fundamentals of punching and how to throw his shots at several points during the fight. Shane was out of it.

Guys, it's ok. Let Oscar fight Cotto, once Cotto destroy him, he's out of the picture, and closer to the Floyd fight we all want to see. Let him THINK that he saw flaws, remember guys...Quintana said Cotto was overhyped..Judah said it too...in fact he said "I gotta give it to ya BK STyle" and both of them got OWNED. Shane said "I just dont see anybody in the Welterweight beating me" and we all know what happened. If he wants to pressure the younger, hungrier fighter..let him...it's his ribs after all.

I have to admit I picked Mosley to win. Cotto either is better than I thought or improved a lot.

You are all right. Cotto has become a better boxer. Not ALL LEFT HOOK. I believe only Paul Williams and Kermit Cintron could give Cotto some kind of a challenge. Mosley, Margarito, Oscar, Hatton, Collazo and Mayweather Jr have NO CHANCE agaisnt Cotto. Trained properly, Williams and Cintron are the only ones with a real shot at beating Cotto.


If MayWeather Jr. decides to fight the Williams-Cintron winner running scared away from Cotto. Any opponent is fine. So why not some "extra good money" out of DLH pockets????
