With the sound off, Mosley is the clear winner.

It was only close because cotto deliberately decided to go on the back foot rnds 8-10, to conserve energy and Mosley's power was still dangerous, he fought a very smart fight and knew he had rounds in the bag, mosley did well in the later part of the fight but you could see he was tired, i dont think cotto dug as deep as he could of and think he clearly won a close but ud.
I hope everyone gets it about cotto now, he had a lot of doubters before the fight, but he beat a good mosley who was on decent form. I had a feeling his jab would make the difference, left handed orthodox fighters can be dangerous combination punchers, eg, cotto, de la hoya, barrera.Comment

No way. Look at the "Who won the fight" poll.
Almost all of the votes for Cotto are known nuthuggers.

I have to differ with you on that. Mosley didn't go after him because his tank was running on empty.Well, I replayed the fight and my score didn't change. I had it 7 rounds to 5 in favor of Cotto. The 11th round was a Cotto masterpiece. That clarified that he was the one in control. And, it appeared to me at the end of the fight that Shane's jaw may have been broken. In any event, it was injured. IMO Shane respected Cotto's power. That's why he didn't go on the all out attack when Cotto was on the ropes.Comment
