Hopkins looked a little old in his last fight, I don't see him beating Joe, the only chance I give Hopkins is a late TKO other then that I don't see him winning this fight.

Hop is older and slower, but he will be crafty enough to keep it competitive.

Yes, because I use to like Hopkins. But since hbo has been telling everyone that hopklins and jones jr were ducking Calzaghe when Calzaghe was younger asking for a ridiculous amount of money to fight him. I lost respect for Hopkins, and I will be cheering for Calzaghe. Money is fine, but when your purposely price yourself out so that you don't have to fight an opponent because your scared is ridiculous

Fact, on the night, Joe will have 12 hard rounds in him, Hopkins wont. joe will throw around 1000 punches and even if only 30% land it will be a long night for hopkins

Whether Bernard respects Joe as a person is a different matter, but saying that he will just turn up on the night doing nothing IS HORRIBLY WRONG.

Hopkins trains like a crazy mother****er. I don't know anyone who trains harder then him. If the man trains like crazy for somone like Hakkar then...

That and Bernard's style causes problems for everyone. Saying that Joe gets around 1000 punches throw is also wrong. This is bernard we are talking about here, whether he wins or loses, he ****s up your style and Joe won't be able to get off that many punches.

edit: Also I can't believe people say Hopkins ducked Joe. Think about it, Joe was not really known in 2002 so if Hopkins had fought him and beat him then it would never look as impressive as it would now. If he did duck him, which I don't think he did, I am glad he did. Makes it more interesting nowadays.

Calzaghe beat eubank, sheika, Veit, Woodhall, and Reid. All who were good names at that time. So, he should have been better known with those names on his resume. Those boxers are not bums. And in 2003 he took on the hard hitting Byron Mitchell. Thats another name you can add on the resume of calzaghe.

I know he had some decent names on his resume and I'm not saying he fought all bums, but let's face it, besides europe, Calzaghe pretty much wasn't known at all.
