it is a fact that:

zoo had one fight in January of 2003

zoo had one fight in Nov 2004

zoo had one fight in May 2005

in between that remarkable run of 3 fights in 3 years how is it that zoo found time to face sharmba mitchell twice and ricky hatton but not floyd.

floyd was ranked higher at 140 then both mitchell and hatton after zoo came off his 22 month hiatus. so why did zoo fight hatton in 2005 instead of demanding a fight with floyd or gatti both ranked higher then hatton @ 140.

we americans have perfected the art of fighting, the european system of boxing is not very competitive. I mean look at calzaghe's resume where is the world class opposition

euro fighting is very stiff and lacks flexibility. joe is the best european fighter right now but he would have a hard time competing in the states against the elites around 160-175. I mean european fighters get many fixed decisions and it is a known fixed sport over in europe.

Look at sven ottke, joe calzaghe, mikkel kessler these guys will only fight in europe. and before you throw out the money excuse no fighter in europe has made more than oscar, floyd, tyson, lewis, and other greats who fought in las vegas.
