i know you hate ike mainly because he is a rapist but he doesn’t thrown rahman like combos. and against tua he was throwing more than 1 jab at a time and everyone who has watched the fight knows this at least make a balanced argument. you also put to much emphasize on height it is clearly an advantage but if ike can slip the jab and get on the inside suddenly that height advantage for vitali becomes a disadvantage. I am not saying that ike was great but he was clearly good and would have a good chance against vitali only a ike hater would deny this.

actually wlad was sucking air and looked on the verge of collapse before the left hook even landed and he still didnt hit the canvas. sure,,it was a legit stoppage loss,,,,but fatigue seemed to be the major role thereComment

as far as punch output goes,,,,,,tua also made rahman look like a punching machine in there fights. ike didnt look all that impressive to me in his other fights. he didnt have a very good jab,,,,had only average hand speed and little defense. thats not to say he wasnt a good fighter,,,,but it remains to be seen how he would have done against other super heavyweights his size that also had ability. tua was too damn short and one dimensional while byrd is obviously just too small to deal with the big boys with abilitythe old Ike would outwork and pound "the brittle chinned wonder"
into an early coma. Mind you if there was ANYONE in the HW div who could replicate Ike (or tua's for that matter) punch output from thier fight, who had power combined with decent size they would be the undisputed champ right now easily.
Lets not forget it was a world record punch output fight! AND that it was a long time ago!. Ike is currently fighting for the top bunk in prison and to keep from being bent over and forced to "pick up the soap". Its kind of silly to match a memory of a guys greatest fight ever against someone who is still fighting.
On thier best day most any hard punching HW could beat any other one.
Rahman/Lewis etc.
But I guess thats all kind of obvious I thought

are you saying byrd's victim and uncle, brittley, does not have ability?as far as punch output goes,,,,,,tua also made rahman look like a punching machine in there fights. ike didnt look all that impressive to me in his other fights. he didnt have a very good jab,,,,had only average hand speed and little defense. thats not to say he wasnt a good fighter,,,,but it remains to be seen how he would have done against other super heavyweights his size that also had ability. tua was too damn short and one dimensional while byrd is obviously just too small to deal with the big boys with abilityComment

he was 6'2 and 240lbs, obviously vitali would have an advantage. I can see Ike KO'ing Wlad because his chin is'nt great, but vitali has a very good chin so im not too sure he would knock him out. Ike was'nt that small himselfYeah I don't see how a slow, plodding, significantly shorter man who throws 1 jab at a time and follows up with Rahman type combos is going to deal with Vit.
LOL You do realize he's 6 inches taller and would just ****ing jab and right hand Ibeabuchi to death? What's Ike going to do? Knock Vitali out?
He didn't have a punch hard enough for that. Lewis hit him with maybe the hardest uppercut ever thrown by a HW in any fight, ever.
People ****ing forget how big those guys are.Comment
