Ike was not in Vitali's league, this would be a dominating KO/TKO win for Vitali Klitschko.

    Vitali KO/TKO 10
i feel the other way around. If ike could get on the inside he would punish vitali to the body and head. ike had an amazing work rate i just couldn't see vital holding up to the pressure of those body shots. Vitali was a stand up fighter which would suite ike to the ground the way vitali stands on the inside with his body errect would give ike a big target. plus vitali doesn't have the hand speed of ike and ike could fight fairly well on the outside to. Ike was probably a better overall fighter he also had very good footwork.
if ike could last 12 rounds taking shots from tua when he was inexperienced there is no reason to believe he couldn't last 12 rounds with vitali.
Its a shame they never got the chance to fight each other it would have been a cracking fight what ever the outcome.

most of them seem to be vitali nuthuggers who thought he would win easy. thats just plain ****** imo.
I dont think it would be easy,,,but I think prime vit would have won. ike had freaking only 14 knockouts in 20 fights. big deal,,,his claim to fame was catching a lackadaisical byrd on the ropes with a big shot. even byrd after the fight said ike was slow and he just got careless. he didnt talk like that when wlad creamed him. plus ikes fight with tua was very close and we know how one dimensional and beatable tua turned out to be

Yep, he was pitching a shutout until his arm came out of his socket. I hate it when people call him a coward because of that, I'd like to see the other posters here try to fight when there arm is about to fall off. Vitali schooled Byrd, that wasn't a real loss and neither was the Lewis TKO. Vitali has never actually lost a fight. Vitali Haters can go burn in ****in hell

14 ko's in 20 fights is good. after the first round ike won every round. he looked much more impressive against byrd than vitali did. Ike was landing better body punches on byrd and thats why byrd was slowing down. but because vitali and ike have different style's the fight is going to look different ike looked much more fluid against byrd were as vitali looked more clockwork. You have to remember that ike was very inexperienced against tua and you could see the improvements in ike by the time he faced byrd he was showing more head movement. Ike had the better overall ability imo he had better stamina better footwork better balance good power a good jab good speed for his size great chin and was a complete nutter who wasn't scared of anyone i think vitali would have a good chance but i just feel that he would crumble under ike's pressure. he never faced anyone with ike's style that was in there prime. but thats my opinion and because they never faced each other we will never know for sure what would have happened.

Ike by decision since Vlad has an iron chin and won't get tko'd.

WOW man you are ******ed. Vitali never lost a fight..........oh boy. Wlad was schooling Brewster before he got KTFO, Jermain Taylor was schoolin Kelly Pavlik before he got KTFO. It don't matter what was happening before they lost, fact of the matta is that they lost. Vitali isn't even close to the career Lewis had.

and ike never fought anyone with vits style either. ike was solid,,no doubt. but,,,I saw holes defensively that vit would be able to exploit. thats not to say vit doesnt have his flaws as well. it would have been an interesting match,,thats for sure

I agree with your last sentence but to compare vits 2 losses to wlads and taylor's are very wrong

[QUOTE=Thread Stealer;2789330]On one hand you have a nutcase who went 20-0 in his brief career, knocking out the undefeated young contender chris byrd, and whom outworked and outslugged the undefeated young contender david tua in a close bout.

on the other hand, brittley lost to ike's son byrd, and lost to old out of shape man lewis, but beat fat and old contenders golf sanders and kirk johnson.

while brittley's best wins can't touch ike's with a 10 foot golota, the lunatic ike never faced a 6'8, 250 lb juice monkey. byrd and tua are midgets compared to brittley.

                      who wins this?[/QUOTE
