Number 1) If youre going to keep blabbing on about prime Tyson this prime Tyson that, stop being so biased and factor in what Ali would do in his prime with the amount of speed and ability he had.

Number 2) Stop calling everyone a friggin bum. Im sure if any of you who use the "bum" term so loosely stepped through the ropes once you would have more respect.

Number3) At some point someone said Tyson could match Ali in handspeed????? IM SORRY WHAT??????? And if he could he wouldnt be able to do it in a range that mattered because hed be throwing hooks and uppercuts. Throwing fast punches is pointless if they strike air.

There will be endless comparisons of The Young Tyson and Young Ali. That's what makes the sport of boxing interesting. They went so far as to create a computer generated match-up betweem Marciano and Ali (with Marciano "winning"....go figure)

I never said he was anything like that i was just saying that people are basing their views on a prime Tyson and not a prime Ali which is kind of pointless.

Tyson wouldnt have been able to use his handspeed effectively against someone who moved around as much as Ali. He wasnt someone who moved around on his toes to be able to catch Ali while he was on the move. He relied on having his feet planted to deliver his big shots. That would make his punches less effective. If Ali fought Tyson I dont think he'd be ****** enough to let him set up for a big punch.

            Prime Tyson>>>Prime Ali

Ali even said Tyson would have probably KO'd him.

It would be nice to have your view of why you think that rather than a boolean logic expression.

this was soon after henry coopers lucky shot that knocked him down. thjey told the computer that ali had a weak chin so in the 'match' he was beating marciano beofre marciano landed one big right which keot him down for the duration of the count. marciano was powerful but i doubt he couldn't put ali donw with one punch and if he did ali would get back up.

70-35 in favor of ali. This poll is saying that tyson is just as half as good as ali.

To be fair tho i think Ali's chin improved after that fight when he started to fill out and mature
                      ali vs shavers?
