A Prime Mike Tyson Beats Muhammed Ali

this is not even a opinion, this is a fact. Ali would dominate. plain and simple. Tyson never beat a great fighter in his PRIME Ali has beaten many. if tyson gets a boxing lesson from buster douglas, Ali puts him in the hospital. i would pick a prime Ali over any heavyweight. he was just too fast. he would dress tyson up and knock him out. easily.

yes but Frazier was consistant. Tyson was a front runner in a way. when he felt things were not going his way, he fell apart mentally. when Douglas was out boxing him, he fell apart. and once he would find out that Ali was out boxing him, he would most likley just give up and start following him around the ring. even in his prime. he couldnt even knock out Quick tillis. who also gave him trouble. when Frazier was getting out boxed by Ali, he would continue to go to work and was trying to put some punches together. Tyson would just break down.

Tyson Post Jail would fold like that but the Prime version wouldnt. The Tillis fight was a learning fight for Mike on the way up, that fight will hav done him alot of good.

Dont agree , Frazier was much more dogged relentless pressure , it didnt really take much to keep Mike of and Ali had the best hands in heavyweight history , Im mean Mike was great at bombing nobodys and then look what Douglas and Holyfield done to him , those guys had nothing on Ali , he would have tied Tyson up in close and dismantled him at range .

Ali is a thousand times of a boxer than Douglas is. if Tyson couldnt take douglas's power and boxing ability, imagine what the best pure boxing heavyweight of all time would do to him. i see what you mean about the speed and power of Tyson. but i think about it like this, if Ali could take Frazier's, Foremans, Bonavena, and Shavers (arguebally the hardest hitter of all time) he wouldnt crumble under Tysons power. and Tyson would most likley lose to all of those fighters.

i agree but that was Fraziers downfall and where Tyson would capatalise in a fight with Ali Frazier put a lot of pressure on stayed very close to his oponents Mike Tyson had the same crab like style but he was able to get in range by evading punches not like Frazier who had to take Murderous uppercuts to get inside

as for Douglas & Tyson i dont see how it is relevant to keep bringing their names up i said a prime Tyson he was'nt even in shape for the Douglas fight

Im not saying he would crumble, the guy had a cast Iron chin no doubt! But he COULD, I mean he was down against Joe and Henry Cooper for example courtesy of the Left Hook which is a shot Mike threw Exellently, he's just a man. Big George fought like an Idiot, (Probably due to Ali's brilliance of mind games) and didnt really land much flush, so it aint like he took Foremans best shots on the chin. But theres no dis*****g the fact he had a GREAT Chin!
I would agree Earnie was the Hardest hitter of em all!
