    kostya tszyu 4 thumbs up

Feared Russian boxer with a powerful, lazer accurate right hand and a pigtail. Also had a strange speaking accent, a mix of Russian and Australian.

Kostya Tszyu is one of the Top 5 super-lightweights of all time.

    Kostya Tszyu
    WBC/WBA/IBF Light Welterweight Champion

    Career Highlights:

Kostya Tszyu first captured the IBF 140-pound championship in January 1995 when he registered a TKO win over Jake Rodriguez (26-2-2, 7 KOs) of Puerto Rico. After five successful defenses, an overconfident Tszyu was stopped in ten rounds by Vince Phillips (35-3, 24 KOs) of the United States.

In August 1999, Tszyu rejuvenated his career by winning the vacant WBC 140-pound championship after battering Miguel Angel Gonzalez (44-1-1, 34 KOs) for ten lopsided rounds. In February 2001, Tszyu added the WBA version of the Light Welterweight championship after American, Sharmba Mitchell (47-2, 28 KOs) quit on his stool after the sixth round. Nine months later, Tszyu unified the 140-pound division after scoring a second round TKO win over the IBF champion, Zab Judah (27-0, 21 KOs) of the United States.

Tszyu holds victories over ten former and future world champions:

Juan Laporte (WBC Featherweight champion) of Puerto Rico
Livingstone Bramble (WBA Lightweight Champion) of the ****** Islands
Jake Rodriguez (IBF Light Welterweight Champion) of Puerto Rico
Roger Mayweather (WBC Super Featherweight Champion, WBA Light Welterweight Champion) of the United States
Calvin Grove (IBF Featherweight Champion) of the United States
Rafael Ruelas (IBF Lightweight Champion) of the United States
Miguel Angel Gonzalez (WBC Lightweight Champion) of Mexico
Julio Cesar Chavez (WBC Super Featherweight Champion, WBA/WBC Lightweight Champion, WBC/IBF Light Welterweight Champion) of Mexico
Sharmba Mitchell (WBA Light Welterweight Champion) of the United States
Zab Judah (IBF Light Welterweight Champion) of the United States
Jesse James Leija (WBC Super Featherweight Champion) of the United States

Actually he could have made up for that loss had he beaten Ricky Hatton and stuck around for a few more years. I mean he was inactive as it is. He doesn't even have 40 fights professionally and he is already retired. Judah and Mitchell are his 2 best victories and who have they beaten before facing him???? Were they great fighters at that point? Are they great fighters today??? Kostya did not accomplish enough to warrent ATG-ness like Wiley believes.

Kostya Tszyu is semi-great not great. He is in between Very-good and Great. Right in the middle.

And that means what????? Do you want me to copy paste all the former and current world champs that floyd has beaten.

Corley and Gatti were world title holder's (not real champs just like a couple of the fighters you listed above) too btw......you know the two bums you keep talking about.
