You are entitled to you opinion, skewed as it it....There was no "consensus" around that. At all.
You have yet to provide us with any link, article, ranking , etc to that "consensus". ...despite being challenged repeatedly
I said that I had these guys:
Chavez
Pryor
Benitez
Hatton
And then a whole slew of better fighters who passed through the weight and are better than Tszyu: Mosley, Delahoya, mayweather, Duran, etc..Comment

I really believe that you never saw many of these fights.
What style did SRL use vs. MMH?
What style did SRL use vs. RD2?
What style did SRL use for the vast majority of Hearns? Until Dundee said "You're blowing it, son. You're blowing it."
Sincerely Yours,
Spinmaster General.Comment

Does somebody really need to post a video of Leonard and how he was running around the Ring against Duran in the rematch???
He stood toe to toe and he lost against Duran.
He danced his way to a submission victory in the rematch.
If you disagree with that then you're talking out of your ass.
Nobody is disagreeing that Leonard was a great fighter but those are the facts.
He has been droped against a mediocre fighter coming out of retirement but managed to win. He went back into retirement for a couple of years until Hagler because of that. That tells you right there that you can't say his chin is better then Floyd's because he got hurt vs Corley.Comment

Ray Leonard never stood toe to toe with Duran in the second bout. He sure as hell didn't run either. He wasn't negative like Floyd. Leonard's most memorable victories were his KOs/TKOs of guys who first put lumps on him, but he went into the teeth of the storm to score his own KOs (Hearns #1, Benitez, Kalule, Lalonde, Ranzany, plenty of others). Mayweather even at 130 didn't give you this drama or explosiveness, or cajones. He RUNS. Leonard was elevated by the way he fought his first LOSS, to Duran.Does somebody really need to post a video of Leonard and how he was running around the Ring against Duran in the rematch???

BTW, no way did Leonard fight Duran II like a Mayweather bout. Leonard was AGGRESSIVE off of the movement, throwing blows all night; in every in-fighting exchange I recall from that fight, Duran initiated, yes, but Leonard always outpunched him and won the exchanges. Mayweather wouldn't/couldn't have fought Duran like that at any point in his career, at any weight. IMOComment

Here is a round of a Mayweather bout. Does this look like running?
NOW COMPARE IT TO THIS WORK OF ART....DID FLOYD USE THIS MUCH FOOT MOVEMENT THE ENTIRE FIGHT VS CASTILLO?
