people need to shut up about lennox not having time to prepare for vitali. did vitali have time to prepare for lewis? they both had the same time. and its also great how lewis didn't give him a rematch and retired from boxing soiling his reputation and forever branding him a coward and a fraud.

Lewis wanted to leave the ring with a win on his record. What better way to do it than with Vitali? If he would have taken a rematch he would have surely lost and it would have hurt his career. That was the right move by him.

so yea, Vitali was training for this undefeated guy, Lennox was training for Kirk Johnson. They were both scheduled to fight on the same night.
I knew I remembered something like this, I had just forgotten it was Kirk Johnson but I knew Lennox trained for someone of way less caliber than Vitali, now I can continue smoking weed lolz j/k.. 100

lol you're a nutter, thank god theres ppl like you to make other ppl look fairly normal.

But getting back to the thread lewis looked out of shape and unfocused, he was winding down his career looking for a few paydays and he trained for an easy fight which ended up being anything but

he came in out of shape for Kirk Johnson and ended up being out of shape for Vitali instead and even still he ****ed his eye up so badly they had to stop the fight, it was grotesque the way they were trying to put together that mash of skin that was once an eye brow at the time, that **** didn't just appear out of nowhere, he didn't come into the ring with those cuts it was Lewis who ****ed him all up like that he was just taking it and fighting back pretty good but he got cut and he lost.. why didn't he show that kind of heart against Chris Byrd

i guess it doesn't matter, he still beat vitali.

and quitali stans, do not claim lewis was in good shape, because we all know he wasn't.
              Have you tried Prozak?

Vitali retired Lewis, he was beating him with half his face falling off, imagine what he would've done to him in the rematch with full vision. Lewis knew he wasn't going to win the next fight so he retired. Smart man.

Plus Douglas had just lost his mother and fought the fight of his life as a 42 to 1 underdog to beat Tyson. Then he had nothing else to prove and ate his way out of any chance of defending his title.

paxil is superior from what i have heard.

mike tyson uses zoloft, so obviously that doesn't always work

you're right. it was a poor analogy.

douglas dominated tyson, became the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, pulled off the greatest upset in boxing history, and will always be remembered for such a great achievement.

quitali lost to a 38 year old who wasn't in good shape and hadn't fought in a year.

                      sorry. bad analogy.
