taylor earned my respect in his fight with pavlik. maybe at the ****** catchweight taylor wont have any excuses about "making weight".

it makes absolutely no sense to fight for the MW title when your not fighting at 160. so if you weigh 210lbs can you fight for the CW title? if you weigh 180 can you fight for the LHW title? HBO must be pulling more strings for taylor.

this is assuming it will be a title fight.

I had it 3-2-1 Taylor going into round 7, with one extra point for Taylor because of the knockdown. I felt as though Round 1 was a draw, as Taylor came out strong, and Pavilik finished it strong.

Anywho, I think the biggest thing we're missing here is Pavilik's stamina. I don't think that, even if Taylor avoids the easy 1-2 of Pavilik, he'll be able to keep Kelly away from him for 12 rounds. Pavilik has shown the ability to throw anywhere from 50-80 punches per round, comfortably, without tiring. He certainly won't stick his tongue out and offer his chin to Taylor again, so we can forget about another round 2 scenario. If Taylor tries to be more defensive, he'll look like he did in his previous fights leading up to this one and the judges will credit Pavilik with the higher workrate decision victory. That is, unless they are ******ed and score every round for Taylor like they did in the first fight...

If Pavilik doesn't force himself into a "I have to KO him again!" mentality, he could take the decision by simply doing more in the ring.

Yeah definitly, but Taylor just can't make the weight. And do we want to see a rematch where sum1's at a weight disadvantage.

Yeah Taylor was looking to jump to SMW to fight Calzaghe before, but whatever happened there Taylor priced himself out.

I had it scored the same going into the 7th. It was a good fight against two competitors who were equal in skill. taylor does somethings better and has better talent, but Pavlik fundamentals were better. It was good fight and it needs to happen again.

Come on man, you cant be serious. You're talking like the first fight was just some ****ing beat down festival. If this fight was to happen I will bet some points on it for Taylor.

                    Disappointed

Jt should take this fight rite away! Wats the point in waiting! So wat u got knocked out by a bigger stronger fighter, come back and redeem urself. Most experts knw he can and should have won but he lacked hunger. I mean if im ridin around LR in feraris and livin in mansions im not gonna train as hard as i should. But u knock me out then my pride overides my hunger. W or lose hes earned my respect for not running. JT takes his titles back in 10 rds. If and only if he hires a new trainer, Steward has stunted his growth in my opinion!

Wasup to dat Mtown cat! Ima BHZ repper myself. So i guess im biased!

if taylor fights smarter like improving his defence and to stop backing up into the ropes and corners then he could beat pavlik but i don't think he will. i think pavlik ko's him again but later than round 7.
